Access vs. Avionix Recordings - Friday 13 August |

Thanks to everyone who came along to Access and helped make it a night
to remember - we all had a fantastic time, and hope to be dishing out
more beats for your dancing pleasure in the near future! A recording of
Andy Piper's set is now available in the "Live Sets and DJ Mixes" area
of Downloads section, and pictures of the night have been put into the Gallery

Edinburgh techno/house club Access present a special showcase night featuring live acts and DJs from Avionix Recordings.
Celebrating another impending Avionix compilation allbum, several small-scale EP releases from the likes of SD Kidd and Elastobabe, and also their ongoing work on Hull-Breach - a Total conversion of the forthcoming Halflife 2 computer Game, this will be a night not to be missed.
Avionix will be fielding the following lineup.
- B*Wilder - Live/DJ Set (Avionix/Dogma)
- Patrick Walker - Live/DJ Set (Avionix/TCP IX)
- Andy Piper - Live (Avionix)
- Lodestar - Live/DJ Set (Avionix)
On the night, the team will be demo-ing new work for Project Hullbreach as well as tracks from the growing Avionix roster.
The setup will include:
2 DJs on Final Scratch 2 Laptops running Ableton Live Analogue synths Drum machines 2 FX banks Vocoder & mic
...and will be a true fusion of live and DJ sets.
The Avionix Visual Team will also be onhand, presenting our new graphics,
logos and merchandise: Expect not just an aural - but audiovisual - treat as well.
